Our Services

EWD Collection takes care of your receivables management reliably. We specialise in the energy, telecommunications and new media segments. Based on our expertise and background in these industries, we can competently take on your defaulting customers exactly at the point at which you are having problems, clarify the reasons as to why there is a delay in payment and, at the same time, give tips for a smooth cooperation with you in the future. In this way, we are both partners as well as agents when it comes to asserting your claims.

Our service for you effectively begins before you have asserted a claim against the customer. The aim of our optional consulting service is not to cause any delay in payment at all, but rather to optimise your processes and customer communication in such a way that as few payment disruptions arise as possible. We will work with you to determine how we can achieve the best results for you and coordinate each action with you according to your preferences. Our team of lawyers, technicians and debt collection specialists ensures that your claim is settled. test

We are your partner at all stages of the process, from the first friendly payment reminder to the enforcement of legally enforceable receivables.

Accounts receivable
On request, we can monitor the receipt of payments for you.
Consultation
We can help you with legal issues relating to receivables management as well as with the optimisation of your CRM processes and the contracts which the receivables relate to. We are also a reliable point of contact when it comes to accounting solutions.
Debt Collection Which Retains Customers
Debt Collection Which Retains Customers
Debt collection practices geared towards retaining customers aim to accompany you and your customers throughout the entire process and to preserve a customer relationship which has often been carefully developed. In addition to the successful collection of the overdue debt, our aim is to find out the reasons for the payment disruptions and to eliminate them in the long term. We approach your customers individually and work out a joint solution with them, which, on the one hand, eliminates the delay in payment and, on the other, is remembered by the customer as helpful advice. Under no circumstances should a small oversight or a short-term liquidity problem endanger or even end the relationship with your customer. In the best case, we will win you back a customer who has already been lost.
Special Debt Collection
In addition, our special debt collection system uses the classical instruments of debt collection. This is appropriate if all previous communications have not resulted in the desired result or if the customer intends to avoid making payment. In this sense, classic components also include recourse to all communication channels, albeit more stringently and consistently as well as court orders for payment through to enforcement where necessary. These steps can be accompanied by a credit reference report.
