I have already contacted your client and stated that the claim is unjustified. Why are you still pursuing the claim?
We only receive claims from our clients which are not significantly disputed. Therefore, if we have been given a debt collection mandate against you, even though you have already been in contact with our client, this means that our client is certain that the claim is still legitimate after examining your claim.
Nevertheless, we will of course follow up any objections raised by you. If, in exceptional circumstances, our own examination or any feedback received from our client reveals that the claim is wrongly asserted, we will of course immediately stop the collection procedure without any costs for you.
