What does compulsory enforcement mean?
A claim against you can and will be enforced compulsorily where an enforceable order has been handed down. This is the right to use state force to satisfy our client’s claims against you as a debtor.
For example, in the case of forced execution of claims for money, the following may be considered:
- Seizure and public auction of movable property by bailiffs
- Receivables (e.g. compensation, seizure of account) via the enforcement court
- Registration of a collateral mortgage, forced auction, forced administration via the enforcement court
